What is included in lesson fees?
Our 9-Lesson System and Monthly Payments:
At Ovie-Vibz, we operate on a unique 9-lesson system per quarter with monthly installments to ensure flexibility and fairness. Each monthly instalment, covering 3 lessons, isn’t confined to a specific month; some months may feature 5 lessons, while others may have only 1. To guarantee transparency and value for our students, each student signs an attendance list weekly. This system allows us to track the number of attended lessons and ensures you only pay for the lessons you receive.
NB! Please note that we require 24 hour notice if a scheduled lesson cannot be attended, it will be marked as one of the 9 lessons if no notice is given.
Yearly Lesson Distribution:
For payments spanning from January to December, students are entitled to a total of 36 lessons throughout the year. This distribution is structured as follows:
Before the end of March: Lessons 1 – 9
Before the end of June: Lessons 10 – 18
Before the end of September: Lessons 19 – 27
Before the end of December: Lessons 28 – 36

- Yearly progress reports to track and celebrate your musical development.
- Presence of our dedicated teachers at exams, rehearsals, recordings, and concerts, ensuring comprehensive support throughout your musical journey.

Examinations & Progress Reports
- External exams through Rockschool (RSL awards), Trinity, Royal Schools (ABRSM), and Unisa.
- Internal exams for progress evaluation.
- Progress reports once a year for students not opting for formal exams.
